"I WANT TO start by saying I've been dealing with state farms for some time now and dealt with many different agents. Which they were very respectful how they operate. But never have I came across such a well mannered, well educated and and professional characteristics like Gina Hanson. Whenever I was in need of/clueless to any documents, or lacking in comprehension she would always make sure I understood everything before I got off the phone. Never have I experienced being happy to call into a establishment to pay a bill to conduct business with a such a professional induvial.. So I want to say thanks State Farms for hiring such a dynamic business minded and courteous Representative In Gina Hanson, she's by far my favorite bill collector."
