Account Representative – Insurance Sales & Business Growth

The Wernery Agency is seeking a high-energy, sales-focused Account Representative ready to take charge of growth and deliver exceptional value to clients.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health required). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses—with full training and support provided by our agency.
What You’ll Do
  • Drive New Business Recognize opportunities, market insurance products, and close sales with both warm and cold leads.
  • Develop Long-Term Client Relationships Turn prospects into loyal policyholders through proactive outreach and needs-based selling.
  • Maximize Value Consult clients on coverage options and offer tailored solutions that protect and enhance their financial security.
  • Support Agency Growth Assist with strategy, contribute to production goals, and be a key part of a winning team.
What We’re Looking For
  • A sales-dominant, goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently recommend products
  • Previous insurance or sales experience preferred
  • Must hold (or be willing to obtain) Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses with agency support

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
